Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine for Qi and blood deficiency syndrome; ? Women aged 25-45 (at the beginning of the experiment); ? BMI index less than 21; ? Hb value range 100-125g/L; ? Not allergic to commonly used cosmetics; ? Can cooperate well with the experimenter and maintain a regular lifestyle during the research period; ? Be able to read and understand all the contents of the informed consent form, and voluntarily sign the informed consent form; ? Agree not to use any other cosmetics, drugs, or health products that may affect the results during the experiment; ? I have not participated in any other clinical studies in the past three months; ? During the study period, other dietary and skincare habits remained unchanged.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who have used antihistamines in the past week or immunosuppressants in the past month; ? Those who have taken antibiotics or used antibiotics on the face in the past month; ? Individuals with allergic constitution, allergic dermatitis, and other skin diseases; ? Pregnancy, lactation, or intention to conceive; ? Individuals with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, as well as severe immune function disorders; ? Individuals with mental illness, severe endocrine disorders, and oral contraceptives; ? Those who have had cosmetic or product or medication that may have an impact on the test results due to oral or topical use within the past two months; ? The test area contains large areas of birthmarks, scratches, white spots, pigmented nevi, scars, and other skin characterizers that affect the test; If one of the items ? - ? above is' yes', it cannot be included in the study.
