65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 years or older; patients scheduled for elective surgical procedures; and patients and their family members who agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Moca scale score < 26 points or a history of mental illness, dementia, and another cognitive dysfunction. Patients who regularly take psychotropic medications, communication barriers, and a history of severe hearing, vision, or language impairment in the past. only one patient can be included at a time, regardless of the reason for the second surgery being related to the first cause of illness.
