4 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children undergoing SPR under genetal anesthesia; 2. Children aged 4-12 years old, no gender limitations; 3. ASA grade I to II; 4. The patient or his guardian signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe spinal deformity; 2. Secondary or above lumbar surgery; 3. Puncture site infection, rupture; 4. Allergy to local anesthetics; 5. Coagulation abnormalities; 6. Pediatric patients who are expected to be admitted to the ICU after surgery; 7. Pediatric patients who are expected to return to the ward with a tracheal tube after surgery; 8. Pediatric patients with mental retardationa or severe disorder of consciousness or mental system diseases (schizophrenia, mania, bipolar disorder, psychosis, etc.) or cognitive dysfunction; 9. Refusal to participate in the study.
