20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >20 years old and ?35 years old; (2) single fetal head; (3) gestational age > and ? 2500 g and 3500 g (5) is suitable for the healthy primipara vaginal delivery conditions. (6) undergoing epidural labor analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Hydrotherapy contraindications: fetal development abnormalities, fetal position abnormalities, fetal distress, giant fetus, pelvic abnormalities, soft birth canal abnormalities and the presence of head basin impossibility, premature rupture of fetal membrane, vaginitis diagnosed before delivery and not cured, infectious diseases (such as hepatitis, syphilis and HIV infection), pregnancy complications and complications that are not suitable for vaginal delivery. (2) the contraindications to epidural analgesia: coagulation dysfunction, local infection and systemic infection, refractory hypotension, dominant or recessive bleeding, primary or secondary contractions and labor progress has been slow, drug allergy, with severe basic diseases (such as intracranial pressure, aortic stenosis, pulmonary hypertension, and upper airway edema). (3) the history of pregnancy have urinary incontinence or fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, medical history, history of pelvic surgery, obesity (bmi > 25 kg/m2 before childbirth, asthma, chronic abdominal pressure increase (> 1 month long cough, chronic constipation), diabetes, sciatica, heavy manual labor, always has a history of or induced labor > 28 gestational weeks delivery, urgent production history.
