Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) unilateral TKA for knee osteoarthritis, (2) informed and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) contraindications to anesthesia, serious impairment of heart, liver and kidney functions, (2) deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs, venous reflux disorder of lower limbs, coagulation dysfunction, (3) mental illness, cognitive impairment, (4) immune connective tissue disease, (5) hypovolemia, anemia, refractory hypertension, cerebral infarction, and (6) disagreement to participate in this study.
