Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: ASA classification :I-II 2: between 18 to 80 years old 3: BMI=30kg/m² 4: Elective Surgery 5: Non-difficult airway 6: No history of severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease 7: Normal coagulation 8: The participants agreed to join in the study and have signed the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: ASA classification :=III 2: less than 18 or more than 80 years old 3: BMI >30 kg/m ² 4: emergency operation 5: Difficult airway(LEMON law) 6: Cormack-Lehane(CL)=III grade 7: Nasal deformity 8: Infection signs of nasal and upper respiratory tract 9: Fracture of the base of the skull 10: Currently using drugs that affecting the function of platelet and coagulation 11: Have a history of severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease (including ongoing or symptomatic cardiac arrhythmias, myocardial coronary artery disease etc.)and prosthetic valve implantation
