18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients diagnosed with stroke; b. The vital signs are stable and the onset time is between 2 and 6 months; c. Between the ages of 18 and 60; d. Neurological Impairment Scale (NIHSS) score < 16 points e. Height between 155-180cm; f. Able to walk more than 10 meters independently with assistance; g. Modified Ashworth test = 2 h. No obvious visual impairment, hearing impairment, able to understand and execute instructions and cooperate with rehabilitation training, and the MMSE score =21 points; i. Have not participated in similar studies before; j. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients with severe physical disorders (such as balance dysfunction), visual impairment, etc.; b. Patients with severe cognitive impairment and mental illness; c. Patients with recurrent stroke or other neurological diseases; d. Patients with unstable cardiorespiratory function; e. Patients at risk of spontaneous fracture or unstable fracture; f. Lower extremity skin lesions, phlebitis, venous thrombosis, open skin injury of lower extremity and trunk; g. Patients with other serious musculoskeletal disorders (such as sarcopenia, fusion of the hip, knee, and ankle of the lower extremities, abnormal ratio of legs, and unbalanced spinal development).
