18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with primary insomnia. (2) The patients are all right-handed. (3) Age 18-60 years old. (4) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index>7 points. (5) Sleep disorders occur at least 3 times a week. (6) The course of the disease is = 3 months. (7) Good cognitive function and accessibility to daily activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system diseases. (2) Insomnia in patients is caused by neurological diseases such as stroke and Parkinson's disease. (3) Patient insomnia is caused by mental disorders including depression or anxiety. (4) The patient has a history of sleep apnea. (5) Having a history of epilepsy or currently diagnosed with an uncontrollable seizure. (6) There are implanted pacemakers, defibrillators, and other implanted instruments in the body. (7) The patient has contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation. (8) The patient took antidepressants or antipsychotics two weeks before the trial.
