Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed by western medicine as chronic renal failure uremic stage, aged 18-60 years old; 2. Within 12 months of regular dialysis, and the condition is stable; Dialysis is performed 3 times a week, with a duration of 3.5-4 hours each time. The dialyzer uses a Fresenius 4008S dialyzer, with a dialysate flow rate of 500ml/min and a blood flow rate of 260-280ml/min. The dialyzer uses Fresenius Fx80 and online dialyzer B dry powder (HND-TDB01); 3. Have normal reading, writing, and communication skills; Able to use smartphones and have network support; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unclear language expression or communication barriers; 2. The patient has participated or is currently participating in other forms of psychological intervention; 3. Any other reasons deemed unsuitable by the researcher (such as incomplete cases and concurrent peritoneal dialysis).
