Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Based on clinical data, hematological indicators, and imaging examinations, the diagnosis of AP is clear 2: The patient or family member is able to understand the research protocol and is willing to participate in this study, providing written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Under 18 years old or over 85 years old 2: Suffering from one or more diseases such as chronic pancreatitis, immunosuppressive related diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, cancer, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, gastroenteritis, necrotizing enterocolitis, and thyroid dysfunction 3: Severe hypertension, diabetes, poor control under drug treatment 4: Patients with severe primary diseases such as respiratory, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive, urinary, and hematological systems diseases, as well as severe mental and contagious diseases 5: Antibiotics, probiotics, and herbal preparations were used 2ithin 2 months prior to the onset of the disease; 6: There is a significant lack of clinical data or leaving the hospital by oneself
