60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Be 60-80 years old (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic heart failure with osteoporosis. (3) Cardiac function grade II-III (NYHA cardiac function) (4) Do dual-energy Xray bone density test, T=? -2.5 (5) Be able to understand the procedures and methods of this clinical study, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are in critical condition and may be life-threatening during the process of studying. (2) Those who have not signed the informed consent form (3) Mental disorders who failure to correctly cooperation. (4) Structural heart disease (valvular heart disease, pericardial disease, congenital heart disease), intracardiac tumor, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, restrictive (infiltrative) heart disease, et al. (5) Patients with secondary osteoporosis caused by various reasons, such as hyperthyroidism, primary hyperparathyroidism, adrenal tumors,et al. (6) Diseases that affect bone densitometry: such as cancer, paget disease, multiple myeloma, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. (7) Patients with serious cardio-cerebral and renal diseases other than heart failure in the past 6 months (8) Patients who have taken sex hormones, glucocorticoids and other drugs that affect bone metabolism within 3 months. (9) Patients are taking drugs that affects the observation of studying drug.
