Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: compatible with the diagnosis of isolated distal thrombosis: isolated distal thrombosis (IDDVT) is defined as a limitation of the distal or lower leg thrombosis (DVT) below the popliteal vein of the lower extremity, there was no concomitant proximal DVT (PDVT) or pulmonary embolism (PE) .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: active bleeding, previous thrombosis or thrombosis, previous abnormalities in coagulation and fibrinolysis, active cancer, severe liver and renal insufficiency, and cannot cooperate with follow-up and other research steps.
