Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: T2DM meets the WHO diabetes diagnosis and classification standard in1999 2: NAFLD meets the diagnostic criteria of the fatty liver and alcoholic liver disease group of the hepatology branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the fatty liver disease expert committee of the Chinese Medical Association in the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (2018 update)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Type 1 diabetes 2: Severe liver damage or renal insufficiency 3: Patients with alcohol and / or drug abuse 4: Alcoholic fatty liver disease, various viral hepatitis 5: Acute complications of diabetes 6: Infectious diseases 7: Hemopathy 8: Rheumatism 9: Malignant tumor 10: Recent surgery and trauma 11: Serious heart disease 12. Glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) > 9.0%
