Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with gynecological malignancy and proposed surgical treatment; (2) Age: 18 years old; (3) Take postoperative medication and IPC treatment to prevent thrombosis; (4) The patient and their family members were aware of the study and signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease, severe renal function impairment and hematological disease; (2) Symptoms of thrombosis or blood hypercoagulation exist before surgery; (3) long-term oral contraceptives; (4) The patient has mental and cognitive abnormalities; (5) There are contraindications to pneumatic therapy and (or) thermotherapy.
