PLA2R-positive membranous nephropathy

Interventions

A group:ARB, corticosteroid and immunosuppressants

B group:ARB, corticosteroid and immunosuppressants plus hydroxychloroquine

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with PLA2R-positive membranous nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy; Age of patients are between 18 to 75, age and gender matched in both groups; estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR calculated by CKD-EPI formula) >30ml/min/1.73 m2; 24-hour urinary protein excretion (URTP)>3.5g, and serum albumin<30g/L. Patients receive tolerant ARB treatment for at least 3 months before treatment with steroid and immusuppressant. All patients are required to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recently has pregnancy plan, breast feeding individuals, malignancy, contraindications to hydroxychloroquine, secondary membranous nephropathies such as lupus nephritis class V, B type hepatitis associated membranous nephropathy, and tumor-associated membranous nephropathy ect
