18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-metastatic rectal cancer and sigmoid cancer who will undergo radical surgery. 2. The patients or their agents have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age > 80 years old. 2. After neoadjuvant therapy. 3. The tumor is located in the lower rectum below peritoneal reflation. 4. Multiple primary colorectal cancers. 5. Combined with or prior to other malignancies. 6. Emergency operation. 7. Anesthesia ASA grade = 3. 8. Radical resection was not attainable during operation (including distant metastases finding during operation).
