Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Conform to the diagnostic criteria of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, valvular heart disease and aortic dissection; the first thoracotomy surgery; The first bedside ultrasound image within 24 hours of spontaneous breathing in 3 consecutive respiratory cycle and includes bilateral diaphragms Age >18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe bleeding diseases and coagulation disorders; 2. The sternum is not sutured; 3. Patients with significantly increased abdominal pressure in type B aortic dissection; 4. Pregnant or newly delivered patients; 5. Unilateral or bilateral diaphragmatic muscles in ultrasound images are not clearly displayed and cannot be measured; Not in line with the concept of continuity observing three respiratory cycles, Lacking pictures of unilateral or bilateral diaphragm activity or diaphragm thickness; 6. Brain function caused by preoperative chest adenoma with myasthenia gravis and various diseases;History of disorders and spinal cord injury (above C5); 7. Previous history of chest surgery.
