20 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Permanent residence of Zhejiang Province; Aged 20-80 years old; No mental illness or language communication disorder history; No incident CVD or stroke history; accessible for reliable CVD risk calculation indicators from health examination records in last six months; Regularly participated in the annual physical examination of chronic disease patients in Zhejiang province; Normal visual acuity and hearing (including correction); Informed consent and voluntary participation, be able to adhere to all study procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe anxiety, complicated with serious diseases; Unable to take care of themselves or cooperate with diet or exercise intervention; Current or planned pregnancy during the study period.
