Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria for Parkinson's group:? Meet the diagnostic criteria of the UK Parkinson's Disease Brain Bank ? HY score = 2.5 ? Age 45-70 years old ? Not taking drugs to improve cognitive impairment before the fNIRS examination ? Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; ? The patients were in a good general condition, and their condition permitted to cooperate with the scores and examinations needed in the study.Diagnostic basis for PD-MCI Diagnostic criteria established by MDS 2012. (1)Inclusion criteria:? PD was diagnosed according to the clinical diagnostic criteria of the British Brain Unit.? On the premise that PD had been diagnosed, the patient complained, the informant or the doctor observed that there was a trend of gradual decline in cognitive function.? There was a suggestion of cognitive dysfunction in the above scale.? Cognitive decline did not significantly affect the functional independence of the patients with PD, but could present difficulties in dealing with complex problems. According to the Movement Disorder Society Working Group Level II criteria. The following conditions also need to be met:? Requires the presence of abnormal neuropsychological tests in at least two of the five cognitive domains, either suggesting abnormalities in both tests of the same cognitive domain or abnormalities in two different cognitive domains in a single test; ? Scores are below 1.5 standard deviations (SDs) from the mean; and ? Patients who do not meet the criteria of the PD-MCI are categorized as patients with PD with normal cognition ( PD with normal cognition, PD-NC).
