Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Hepatocellular carcinoma was diagnosed with typical imaging features of liver cancer and elevated AFP or pathology 2: Diagnosed with BCLC B/C based on baseline hematological parameters and contrast-enhanced CT or MR 3: At least one intra-hepatic focus 4: Without history of cell-immune therapu such as CAR-T, CIK and so on. 5: At least one accessible contrast-enhanced CT or MR data after the treatment, and the target foci can be assessed based on RECIST 1.1 6: ECOG PS 0-2 7: At least receive one rounds HAIC 8: At least receive one time immune checkpiont inhibitors 9: At least receive one time angiogenesis inhibitors 10: The interval between the two systemic treatments was within 1 month 11: Antiangiogenic agents and immune checkpoint inhibitors were maintained during imaging assessments before and after treatment. 12: The interval between the last local treatment and combination treatment was more than 3 months 13: Sequential treatment group: HAIC was treated with at least one combination of immune checkpoint inhibitor and anti-angiogenesis drug. Sequential use was defined here as the initiation of anti-angiogenesis drug and ICIs after the last HAIC, which was performed as the Maintenance therapy after HAIC treatment. 14: Simultaneous treatment group: HAIC was treated with at least one combination of immune checkpoint inhibitor and anti-angiogenesis drug. Simultaneous use was defined here as the initiation of anti-angiogenesis drug and ICIs during HAIC rounds, which was also performed as the Maintenance therapy after HAIC treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Loss of clinnical information or image data 2: Loss of follow-up data 3: History with other primary malignant tumor in past 3 years or at the same time 4: Severe damage of heart, brain, lung, kidney and other important organs, or complicated with severe infection or other serious diseases
