60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged = 60years who underwent elective median thoracotomy Cardiac surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families refuse to participate in the study; 2. Allergies to amide based local anesthetics; 3. Patients who are unable to communicate and evaluate normally due to factors such as language barriers, hearing impairment, and mental illness; 4. Grade IV patients with cardiac function; 5. Previous Nervous system disease; 6. Preoperative coagulation dysfunction; 7. Patients with infection in the puncture and indwelling catheter area; 8. Patients with sepsis.
