Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to III; 2. Hip fracture to be treated surgically (total hip arthroplasty, artificial femoral head replacement, internal fixation with incisional reduction intramedullary nails); 3. Aged 65-90 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness or those who are unable to cooperate; 2. Patients with Infection in the area of operationor or abnormal coagulation; 3. Allergy to local anesthetics or contraindication to the drugs to be applied in the test; 4. Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic or renal abnormalities; 5. Patients with lower limb movement disorders in stroke patients; 6. History of lumbar spine fracture and surgery.
