Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis ? The patient underwent primary knee arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive dysfunction 2. History of peri-knee fractures and knee surgery 3. The contralateral knee has completed the primary knee arthroplasty 4. Severe osteoporosis 5. Critical state of active infection, abnormal coagulation function and unstable vital signs 6.Poor control of basic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, acute attack of rheumatoid or gout, etc.) 7.Adverse events occurred during observation period (pulmonary embolism, myocardial infarction, lower limb venous thrombosis, etc.)
