18 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) = 18 years old; 2) have established a pregnancy health care record at township health centers; 3) 6-13 weeks of pregnancy; 4) Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale: EPDS < 13; 5) informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) serious mental illness (previous or current); 2) history of serious illnesses such as brain injury, mental or cognitive dysfunction; 3) concurrent participation in other psychological intervention programs or psychotherapy.
