20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18 or above; (2) thoracoscopic lobectomy and lymph node dissection was performed; (3) diagnosed with early or intermediate (stage I-II) NSCLC who received surgery; (4) experiencing all 5 symptoms of the cluster (co-occurring fatigue, shortness of breath, cough, pain, and anorexia) after surgery; (5) without communication barriers and cognitive impairment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) were diagnosed with a severe psychiatric disorder; (2) had extrapulmonary metastatic carcinoma or other comorbid diseases; (3) were currently participating in another intervention study; (4) experienced a pneumonectomy
