General anesthesia for elective surgery

Interventions

Group P:Automated general intravenous anesthesia was completed with CLADS line propofol, remifentanil and rocuronium bromide.
Group R:Automatic general intravenous anesthesia was accomplished with CLADS rows of remazolam toluene sulfonate, remifentanil, and rocuronium bromide.
Group PR:Automated general intravenous anesthesia was accomplished with CLADS line propofol, remazolam mesylate, remifentanil and rocuronium bromide.

18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were to undergo elective surgical treatment, of any gender, age 18-85 years, BMI 18-30kg/m2, ASA I-III, agreed to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of severe drug dependence, alcoholism; comorbid psychiatric disorders, central and peripheral neurological disorders; history of severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal impairment; preoperative history of sedative, antidepressant, anxiolytic, and other medications affecting cerebral function; allergy to anesthesia; pregnant women and breastfeeding.
