Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who were to undergo elective surgical treatment, of any gender, age 18-85 years, BMI 18-30kg/m2, ASA I-III, agreed to sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of severe drug dependence, alcoholism; comorbid psychiatric disorders, central and peripheral neurological disorders; history of severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal impairment; preoperative history of sedative, antidepressant, anxiolytic, and other medications affecting cerebral function; allergy to anesthesia; pregnant women and breastfeeding.
