Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select surgical patients who are scheduled to undergo general anesthesia with dual lumen tracheal intubation in our hospital, ASA I-III, male or female, age = 18 years old, with improved Mallampati grading of III-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Mouth opening < 2cm; difficulty in mask ventilation; upper airway anatomical abnormalities (trauma, tumor, deformity); cervical spine immobilization. (2)Patients with respiratory diseases (asthma, airway hyperresponsiveness, acute exacerbation of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, etc.). (3) Patients with cardiovascular diseases (acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, severe arrhythmia, and atrioventricular block, etc.). (4)Combined with other serious systemic diseases. (5)History of long-term use of sedatives and antipsychotics. (6)Failure to correctly understand and cooperate with the experimenter.
