Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the DSM-V or ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depression; ? The patient takes medication according to medical advice during hospitalization; ? The interval between two laboratory biochemical tests after admission is (15 ± 5) days ? No age limit, no gender limit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Simultaneously using two or more antidepressants of the same type; ? Use of hypoglycemic drugs, lipid-lowering drugs and other drugs that have an impact on biochemical indicators ? Patients with diabetes, hyperlipidemia and serious physical diseases with abnormal results of the first laboratory biochemical test; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Individuals with a history of drug allergies; ? For patients with first-time medication, discontinuation, and change of medication during hospitalization, the first laboratory test is = 1 day earlier than the start of medication, and the last test is = 1 day later than the discontinuation and change of medication; ? Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria, do not use medication according to regulations, and have incomplete information
