18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-45 years old; (2) Unilateral anterior cruciate ligament injury, treated with autologous hamstring tendon (semitendinosus and/or gracilis tendon) transplantation; (3) = 9 months after surgery; (4) After confirmation by surgeons and rehabilitation treatment experts, it is possible to return to exercise, with an IKDC score of = 85 and an ACL-RSI score of = 65.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Having undergone 2 or more reconstruction surgeries; (2) Have a history of knee joint surgery and other neurological, muscular, and skeletal disorders that affect knee joint movement; (3) Those who cannot complete the assessment as required.
