Interventions
Treatment group:Acupuncture at CV12, CV4, PC6, ST36, SP6.
Control group:Select the acupuncture points in the treatment group perpendicular to the direction of the meridians, and acupuncture at a 0.5-1cm side opening.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The following criteria must be met at the same time to be included: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder in the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" (fifth edition) and the "Diagnostic and Efficacy Standards for Traditional Chinese Medicine Diseases and Syndromes - Depression" (ZY/T001.1-94); (2) Aged 18 to 65 years old, no gender limit; (3) 53 points = SDS score = 72 points, and SAS score = 69 points; (4) Have not received acupuncture treatment in the past month; (5) Those who sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If any of the following applies, it must be excluded: (1) Alcohol or drug abusers; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Those with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; (4) People with organic mental disorders, emotional disorders caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances have serious impairment of social functions; (5) Anyone with severe skin infection at acupoints, or other serious wasting diseases such as progressive malignant tumors, who are prone to infection and bleeding.
