Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for patients with pulmonary hypertension: 1. Age =18 years old 2. The mean pulmonary artery pressure (mPAP) was > 20 MMHG via right cardiac catheterization 3. Complete enhanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging 4. Sign the informed consent Inclusion criteria of normal control group: 1. Age =18 years old 2. Chinese Indigenous people 3. Sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for patients with pulmonary hypertension: 1. Unable to meet 1-year follow-up Exclusion criteria for normal control group: 1. Grade 2 hypertension or above and existing for more than 3 years 2. Known diabetes 3. Confirmed history of myocarditis 4. Diagnosed coronary heart disease 5. Combined with structural heart disease, such as valvular disease (without mild valvular regurgitation), congenital heart disease 6. Previous history of heart surgery 7. Clear thyroid dysfunction 8. Complicated with malignant tumor 9. Combined with autoimmune disease
