Attending-level doctor:Based on the medical silicone models, the surgeons performed 25 consecutive surgical knot-tying operations using Slipknot sutures and conventional sutures
Fellow-level doctor:Based on the medical silicone models, the surgeons performed 25 consecutive surgical knot-tying operations using Slipknot sutures and conventional sutures
Resident-level doctor:Based on the medical silicone models, the surgeons performed 25 consecutive surgical knot-tying operations using Slipknot sutures and conventional sutures
Interns:Based on the medical silicone models, the surgeons performed 25 consecutive surgical knot-tying operations using Slipknot sutures and conventional sutures

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years old; 2. Attending-level doctors, Fellow-level doctors, Resident level doctors, and interns; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgeons who are usually busy with work and are not expected to have enough time to complete this study; 2. Vulnerable groups other than the investigator's subordinates or employees of the research unit, including those with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc.
