18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo cardiopulmonary bypass surgery, with the type of surgery being aortic dissection or (and) valve surgery or (and) CABG; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Invasive mechanical ventilation and oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) <=200 mmHg; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated by mlignant tumors or pregnant women, lactating women; 2. Patients with hemodynamically unstable (using high dose of norepinephrine, dobutamine to maintain the stability of hemodynamics) ; 3. Having severe organic diseases or comorbidities upon admission; 4. Patients with neurological diseases or organic brain injury, deep coma.
