Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer; (2) Patients intented to undergo radical prostatectomy; (3) Patients with complete laboratory and clinical pathological data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other malignant tumors; (2) Patients with lower urinary tract symptoms before radical prostatectomy, or diagnosed with overactive bladder (OAB), or received related OAB treatment; (3) Patients with neurogenic bladder, bladder stones, or urinary tract infections; (4) Follow-up period after radical prostatectomy is less than 3 months; (5) Patients who did not receive magnetic resonance imaging within 12 months postoperatively to evaluate membranous urethral length or urodynamic examination to evaluate urethral function; (6) Patients undergoing transurethral prostatectomy previously; (7) Patients with severe organ dysfunction, such as severe abnormalities in heart, lung, liver, or kidney function; (8) Patients with incomplete clinical pathological data and surgical records.
