Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? 200 pediatric patients undergoing penile flap plasty under simulated laryngeal mask anesthesia combined with sacral block; ? Age 0-12 years old; ? ASA I, II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Children with allergies to anticholinergic drugs and their components ? Suffering from respiratory, circulatory, and digestive system diseases that affect heart rate; ? Children with abnormal liver and kidney function; ? Children who are using drugs that affect the cholinergic system; ? Patients participating in drug clinical trials within 3 months.
