Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The Model group included patients with stable angina pectoris ( asymptomatic myocardial ischemia, stable angina pectoris, ischemic cardiomyopathy ) and old myocardial infarction : seizure characteristics, risk factors. Left ventricular ejection fraction was maintained ( > 40 % ), and CTA / coronary angiography confirmed that the diagnosis included = 50 % of single or multiple vessel stenosis. The history of coronary heart disease is defined as a documented symptom of angina, Holter / ECG abnormalities ( old myocardial infarction or angina ), or chest radiograph abnormalities. The Control group had coronary risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, or dyslipidemia, but without a history of coronary heart disease or other vascular diseases, they were included in the control group and matched for age and sex. Studies have reported that the most profound factor affecting the intestinal flora is geographical factors. At the same time, the type of staple food, ethnicity and urbanization also have a certain impact on the intestinal flora. Therefore, the selected patients required to live in the local area for a long time, no history of sojourn within 1 year, ethnic Han nationality, with rice and related products as the main food.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 ) Exclude non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome : unstable angina, non-ST-elevation acute myocardial infarction ( elevated cardiac markers ), ST-elevation myocardial infarction ( plaque rupture ). 2 ) Patients with systemic diseases, including liver disease, kidney disease ( serum creatinine level > 2.0 mg / dL ), collagen disease or malignant tumor, were excluded from the study. 3 ) Patients who received antibiotics, immunosuppressive agents, probiotics and related preparations within half a year, as well as other drugs other than coronary heart disease guidelines were also excluded. 4 ) Diabetes was defined as glycated hemoglobin level > 6.5 % ( according to the instructions of the National Glycated Hemoglobin Standardization Program ), oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin therapy. Hypertension was defined as blood pressure > 140 / 90 mm Hg or the use of antihypertensive drugs. According to the guidelines, dyslipidemia is defined as low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level > 140 mg / dL, triglyceride level > 150 mg / dL or the use of anti-lipid drugs.
