Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =60 years; (2) In non-acute infection, trauma, or other emergency situations, people with impaired fasting glucose: Fasting blood glucose was within the range of 6.1~7.0mmol/L, and blood glucose was <7.8mmol/L 2 hours after glucose load; Or people with impaired glucose tolerance: fasting blood glucose <7.0mmol/L, and blood glucose within 7.8~11.1mmol/L 2 hours after glucose load. (3) After understanding the trial design, voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes or have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes; (2) Those who report a history of severe cardiovascular disease, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, cognitive dysfunction, or severe liver, kidney, or digestive dysfunction; ·Weight change>5% in the last 8 weeks; (4) taking antibiotics, probiotics, or prebiotics within three months; (5) Those who have taken unsaturated fatty acid supplements such as fish oil within three months; (6) Those who are heavily dependent on alcohol and tobacco; (7) Those who are receiving other medical supervision diet plans; (8) Have severe dietary restrictions or vegetarians; (9) Habitually skipping certain meals (such as skipping breakfast or dinner); (10) Have a plan to leave the city for more than one week in the next 8 months.
