Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Confirmed as HIV infection through Western blot or HIV nucleic acid testing. ? Aged 18 years or older, able to understand and sign the informed consent form. ? About to start or already receiving antiretroviral therapy (ART) and expected to continue this treatment. ? No other severe complications or diseases, such as active liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, etc. ? Not participating in any other clinical trials that could potentially affect the results of this study. ? No history of drug use or alcohol abuse.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who have not reached the legal age (such as those under 18 years old) or cannot understand and sign the informed consent form. ? Patients are known to be allergic to or intolerant of antiretroviral therapy (ART). ? Patients with other serious complications or diseases, such as active liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, etc. ? Patients currently participating in other clinical research studies. ? Pregnant women or women who are currently breastfeeding. ? Patients with severe mental illness who are unable to cooperate with the study or are unlikely to adhere to ART treatment.
