Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for endometriosis; 2. The patient is generally in good condition, aged 18-45 years old, and has no severe heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction or metabolic diseases; 3. The first visit patient has not used any antibiotics or other drugs in the past three months, has not received relevant treatment before, and is not accompanied by serious complications. Healthy population group: 30 healthy volunteers from the general community who have not used any antibiotics or other drugs in the past three months (matched with the age of the endometriosis group) were collected in 2023

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic inflammation or infectious diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus erythematosus, Crohn's disease, etc.), cancer, blood disease, etc; 2. Complicated with severe heart, lung, kidney, liver dysfunction, and metabolic diseases; 3. Patients with known immunosuppressive diseases (including diabetes and human immunodeficiency virus infection), low neutrophil or lymphocyte count, and taking immunosuppressive drugs; 4. Those who have received antibiotics or other medication treatment in the past three months.
