40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 40-80 years old. ? Stroke patients confirmed by brain CT or MRI, with lesions all in the left cerebral hemisphere. ?First onset, single lesion, within 1 month of disease duration. ? Patients with aphasia assessed by the Western Aphasia Set of Examinations, with an aphasia quotient of less than 93.8 points. ? Native Chinese speaker with normal language function before onset. (6) Right-handed. ?Elementary school education or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined visual and auditory impairment affecting speech evaluation and treatment; (2) severe cognitive dysfunction unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment; (3) speech impairment prior to the onset of the current episode or combined with severe dysarthria; (4) combined with other neurodegenerative diseases, such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, motor neuron disease due to the speech impairment; (5) metal foreign body or other implanted electronic devices in the body.
