18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of intermediate- and high-risk prostate cancer; (2) Patients intented to undergo "radical prostatectomy + pelvic lymph node dissection" ; (3) Patients who underwent PSMA PET/CT examination with the results indicating negative lymph nodes within 3 months before surgery; (3) Patients with complete clinical pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other malignant tumors; (2) Patients receiving preperative anti-tumor treatment (including endocrine treatment,chemical treatment and radiotherapy) ; (3) Patients with severe organ dysfunction, such as severe abnormalities in heart, lung, liver, or kidney function; (4) Patients with incomplete clinical pathological data.
