Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 60 years old, gender unlimited; ? ASAII-IV; ? Patients who are scheduled to undergo unilateral hip and knee replacement;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients refuse to participate in the trial; ? History of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or myasthenia gravis; ?
