Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-50 years old, male or female 2.ankle fracture of type Weber A or B 3.single malleolar or bi-malleolar or tri-malleolar fractures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.pilon frature, ankle fracture of type Weber C, open fracture 2.ankle fracture combines with Inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis injury and been fixed with screw 3.ankle fracture combines with ATFL or PTFL or CTFL or deltoid ligament injury 4.ankle fracture combines with other injuries or injuries to the contralateral lower limb resulting in inability to early weight-bearing. 5.The affected limb had a history of trauma before this fracture 6.The surgeon believes that the fracture fixation is not stable enough 7.Osteoporosis or incomplete bone development 8.Diabetes and smoking history 9.Having a history of stroke, trauma, severe cardiovascular disease, or severe respiratory disease that results in inability to move or limited movement before fracture 10.Those with severe scars, scars may cause limited joint movement
