Deep venous thrombosis (DVT)

Interventions

Hip fracture, morning group:LMWH was administered subcutaneously between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. before and after surgery
Hip fracture, evening group:LMWH was administered subcutaneously between 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. before and after surgery
Hip and knee joint replacement, morning group:LMWH was administered subcutaneously between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. after surgery

40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with hip fracture, hip or knee arthroplasty were selected. The inclusion criteria were as follows: ? 40-85 years old; (2) caprini score =3; ? There was no history of VTE before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with DVT indicated by preoperative vascular ultrasound; ?Patients with multiple injuries, severe open fractures, osteofascial compartment syndrome; ? Pregnant women and patients with severe obesity (BMI=37.5kg/m2); ? Patients with serious dysfunction of liver, kidney, heart, lung or other important organs; ? The bleeding risk Assessment form for surgical inpatients (VTE related) suggested patients with high risk of bleeding.
