Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis is consistent with ARCO stage 3~4 of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, congenital hip dysplasia with osteoarthritis (anterior inclination < 40°, Crowe 1, 2), femoral neck fracture, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis and other lesions caused by severe wear of the hip; 2. Primary total hip replacement; 3. BMI < 30; 4. General anesthesia and surgery contraindications; 5. Signed informed consent; 6. Patients themselves can be effective communication, agree with the artificial joint replacement surgery, good adherence and follow-up on time and inspectors.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) revision cases; (2) Severe acetabular dysplasia (Crowe types 3 and 4); (3) Combined with diseases that seriously affect postoperative rehabilitation exercise, such as serious knee diseases, spinal diseases, etc.
