Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 6-18 years old; (2) AD combined with ADHD patients. Atopic dermatitis diagnosed according to Williams criteria or modified Williams criteria: with a history of skin itching for at least 1 month, plus 3 or more of the following: a. a history of skin involvement on the flexor side, including the cubital fossa, knee fossa, anterior ankle, or neck; b. A personal history of asthma or allergic rhinitis, or a history of atopic dermatitis in children under the age of 4 in first degree relatives; c. A history of dry skin throughout the body; d. Eczema can be seen on the flexed side or on the cheeks, forehead, and distal limbs of children under 4 years old; Disease onset before the age of 5.2 (not applicable to children under 4 years old). Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Diagnosed by DSM-5: A. Meets 6 or more persistent symptoms of attention deficit or hyperactivity impulse for 6 months; B. Several attentional disorders or hyperactive impulsivity symptoms already exist before the age of 12; C. Several attentional disorders or hyperactive impulsivity symptoms exist in two or more occasions (such as at home, school, or work; in activities with friends or relatives, in other activities); D. There is clear evidence that symptoms interfere with or reduce the quality of social, academic, or professional functions; E. Symptoms are not caused by schizophrenia or other psychiatric disorders, nor can they be explained by other mental disorders (such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, separation disorders, personality disorders, substance poisoning, or withdrawal) (3) The guardian has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ and systemic diseases; (2) Those who have recently used systemic immunosuppressive therapy (such as glucocorticoids); (3) Other diseases characterized by atopic dermatitis and skin lesions; (4) Individuals with systemic symptoms; (5) According to the researcher's judgment, guardians are unreliable or have poor compliance.
