Qishen Yiqi:Within 24 hours after PCI, 0.5g (1 bag) of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills was administered on the basis of GDMT for 6 months per day.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-75 years old; ? For the first onset of STEMI, emergency PCI or early PCI after thrombolysis should be performed within 24 hours of onset; ? Killip level II-III; ? LVEF measured by echocardiography within 24 hours after PCI was less than 50%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with claustrophobia, a history of coronary artery bypass grafting, or previous myocardial infarction, implanted pacemakers other than MRI safe pacing systems, metal heart valves, metal foreign bodies, decompensated heart failure, arrhythmias, musculoskeletal diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiogenic shock, or the need for ventricular assist devices, participating in other clinical trials, allergic or intolerant to investigational drugs, Patients and family members refuse.
