Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.frist-ever unilateral stroke; 2.motor impairment in the affected upper limb; 3.recordable moto-evoked potentials; 4. normal cognition Healthy individuals: 1. Normal limb function; 2. No history of neurological diseases;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial metal implant; 2. History of epilepsy; 3. After craniotomy; 4. Refusal to participate
