Stress response

Interventions

Group A:1% lidocaine 5 ml ultrasound guided right stele ganglion block before surgery, followed by general anesthesia.
Group B:Preoperative 0.9% saline 5ml ultrasound guided right stellate ganglion block, followed by routine general anesthesia.

Age
18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-65 years old; (2) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) grade I ~ III; (3) gynecological laparoscopic surgery; (4) The method of anesthesia is general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients refused to participate in the study; (2) BMI above 30; (3) A recent history of drug abuse; (4) Cognitive dysfunction or inability to communicate; (5) Previous history of serious heart disease, including coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, moderate to severe heart valve disease, arrhythmia, etc.; (6) History of cerebrovascular disease, embolism, hemodynamic instability, abnormal liver and kidney function. (7) Hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS) score is greater than 15 points. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score is greater than 7 points.
