Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of aMCI, with no previous treatment for improving cognitive function; 2. Aged 50-80 years old, no gender limitation, right-handed; 3. Cognitive complaints and objective evidence (neuropsychological scale assessment); 4. > 6 years of education; 5. Provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cancer, severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, circulatory, or infectious dysfunction; 2. History of neurological disease which could cause dementia, such as cerebrovascular disease and Parkinson's disease; 3. History of anxiety, depression, schizophrenia and other mental illness; 4. Severe hearing or visual impairment; 5. Contraindications to MRI (e.g., pacemakers, heart stents, artificial heart valves, fixation plates after fracture surgery, etc.).
